 Description

Members need to be able to retire their profiles.  Mainly because they are done with derby.  This already exists under Profile > Edit > Retire Your Profile.

We need to add the same link and ability under the Account Menu.

  1. Add a new link in the Account Menu
    1. Call it Retire Your Profile
  2. Put the link under the Help Link.
  3. Add a new view to the member views.
    1. Call It RetireProfile
  4. Make the screen look just like the Change Password Screen.
  5. Have text within the panel that says, "By retiring your account, you are essentially removing your profile and information from RDNation. Do you want to Retire Your Profile?".
  6. Have a button centered at the footer of the panel.  "Retire Your Profile".
  7. When a user clicks the button, a confirm button will appear.
    1. You will use the Bootstrap Confirm Button as used in this task: http://support.codingforcharity.org/Issues/IssueDetail.aspx?id=1137
    2. On confirmation, the account will be retired and use the same method/controller as the profile/Edit Retire Your Profile button.
    3.
      1.

Please read the last line from the comment below.

When I press confirm, the button should be removed right away.  I shouldn't have to wait till the ajax request comes back with a confirmation.

I don't like the trash can on retire.  Lets just use the user icon: http://fortawesome.github.io/Font-Awesome/icon/user/

Make the Retire and confirm buttons a tad bit bigger.  No need for them to be that small.  Should be regular size.

When I press confirm, the button should be removed right away.  I shouldn't have to wait till the ajax request comes back with a confirmation.
