Update Profile Picture Issue

 Description

Looks like someone tried to update their profile picture with a PDF file.

League > Profile > Edit > Upload New Profile Picture

Please restrict profile pictures to jpg, jpeg, png, tiff.  Don't let them upload any other file here.
