First, we still have communication problems because several of our members are not receiving our correspondences in their email inboxes. When we use the Message option, sometimes the correspondence goes into the member’s spam folder, and sometimes our members aren’t receiving the correspondence at all (neither in their inbox or spam folder). Is there anything to be done about this? BTW, members don’t use the “Forum” option because they have to dig for it, whereas the “Message” button is conveniently front-and-center on the menu bar.
